John A. Cuellar, J.D., M.B.A

Mr. Cuellar is Chairman of the Board and President of La Estrella De Cuellar, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of El Chico Restaurants, Inc. His civic activities include Board President of the Friends of the Latino Cultural Center; Vice Chair of the Community Council of Greater Dallas, (Public Sector Appointee); Executive Committee member of the Richardson Independent School District Foundation; board member of the Thanksgiving Foundation; and, YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas.

He is an advisory board member of the Austin College Center for Southwestern and Mexican Studies; Forefront Living (formerly Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation); and member of the Dallas Cultural Plan Steering Committee, (an initiative of the City of Dallas - Office of Cultural Affairs).

Mr. Cuellar has a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from Southern Methodist University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
